Community

Over the years Westaway Restorations have sponsored and contributed to many charities and sports clubs;  we now mainly focus on supporting Albatross Nippers.

Albatross Nippers is a nipper program created for children with special needs that runs out of Nobbys Beach Surf Club.  As a business with our Headquarters based on the Gold Coast, Surf Clubs are a big part of our community and the Albatross Nippers program created by Nick Marshall provides a wonderful opportunity for Westaway to give back to our community.  

To be able to contribute to help give these beautiful children and their families the chance to be part of an all inclusive activity where community spirit thrives is an unbelievable experience that we treasure deeply.

Westaway’s contribution to Albatross Nippers assists in the purchasing of equipment that the Nippers may need each year and/or items for the Albatross Nippers to reduce costs for the parents. The equipment purchased to date has included:

• Rescue Board
• Rash Shirts for Participants
• Hooded Towels for Participants
• End of Year Trophies for Participants
